Like a lot of us lately, Jimmy Grey Jr. of Chardon, Ohio, has been shoveling a lot of snow. My name is Carl Settles Jr. Founder and Executive Director of the Media Communications Council and CEO of Media Xperiments. I am an advocate for diversity, education and entrepreneurship.
